local food at Swinside Lodge

Our beef & lamb are sourced from Keskadale Farm, Newlands & Wharton’s Farm in Wigton Cumbria.
We are supplied with  pheasant, pigeon, duck & venison  from our neighbour, Lingholm Estate.
We serve Cumbrian cheeses – Roegill Red, Blengdale Blue, Cobble Tasty
Our chef has his own herb garden.
We also use soft fruits from the garden in season, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and wild garlic & elderflower are available to chef.

Please note that any attempts to kidnap the chef will always be prosecuted!!
