Booking Conditions

We require a non-refundable deposit of £50 per room per night to a maximum of £100 per room to secure a booking.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - You may be charged in full if we are unable to recover lost revenue by re-letting the accommodation.
A reservation is a legally binding contract and we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your booking.
Travellers Protection Service Ltd (tel: 0845 2187161) will offer suitable cover.
